parmesan cheese melt

this is from a lady in utah that posted this recipe in a Kneader's bakery newsletter. it's always a hit!

3/4 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
1/2 ts garlic salt
2 Tbs chopped chives or green onion
1/2 cup butter
1 8oz cream cheese

blend all ingredients. slice bread into thin slices. spread on bread and broil for 5 minutes.
